We were visited by students of the 2nd c grade of the School of Tourism, Catering and Food Bjelovar, accompanied by prof. Grgi\u0107 and social pedagogue Tanja Bedekovi\u0107.<br \/>\nWe are extremely glad to have been able to offer all-day practical classes to these dear and diligent students who have shown great interest and commitment to our facility and kitchen.<\/p>\n<p>Mentor chef and owner Erich Glavica gave a professional lecture to students on cooking and methods of work in the hospitality industry.<\/p>\n<p>The story was rounded off with a tour of our guest rooms, reception, restaurant and of course the kitchen.<br \/>\nAll students participated in the process of preparing and cooking meals (three-course lunch, introduction to kitchen inventory) while in the restaurant they had the opportunity to get acquainted with the theoretical and practical part of teaching for a waiter (preparing table linen, tableware serving).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This Wednesday 19.01.
