This Wednesday 19.01. We were visited by students of the 2nd c grade of the School of Tourism, Catering and Food Bjelovar, accompanied by prof. Grgić and social pedagogue Tanja Bedeković.
We are extremely glad to have been able to offer all-day practical classes to these dear and diligent students who have shown great interest and commitment to our facility and kitchen.
Mentor chef and owner Erich Glavica gave a professional lecture to students on cooking and methods of work in the hospitality industry.
The story was rounded off with a tour of our guest rooms, reception, restaurant and of course the kitchen.
All students participated in the process of preparing and cooking meals (three-course lunch, introduction to kitchen inventory) while in the restaurant they had the opportunity to get acquainted with the theoretical and practical part of teaching for a waiter (preparing table linen, tableware serving).
